The Uzbek Central Election Committee said that over 15.6 million citizens cast ballots at the election, bringing the voter turnout to nearly 80%. According to the Tashkent Times, 4.43% of voters voted for the candidate from the Adolat Social Democratic Party Robakhon Makhmudova, 4.02% - for the candidate from the People's Democratic Party Ulugbek Inoyatov and 3.74% - for Abdushukur Khamzaev, a candidate from Ecological Party.
