Singapore scored 0 in the study's assessment. Among the 60 cities analysed, the Southeast Asian city boasted the lowest natural disaster risk and the second lowest health and infrastructure risk.
Three other Asian cities ranked in the top ten, alongside Singapore: Tokyo and Osaka in Japan, and Seoul in South Korea.
