A member of the Innovation and Creativity Center, Ikram Al Aqeel, stressed the importance of investing all inventions registered with the Ministry of Planning because of their importance in developing the fields of industry, agriculture, technology and scientific fields and for both the public and private sectors in a way that ensures that the country benefits from those experiences as well as ensuring their rights through this trend and caring for creators and moving towards overcoming difficulties to expand the payment of their scientific projects and adopt them and invest the best ones to serve the country and develop the national product, especially since our Iraqi competencies had clear fingerprints in International forums and forums through their participation in all conferences.
She pointed out that it is necessary to adopt the establishment or participation of inventors in local and international exhibitions to ensure the optimal marketing of these knowledge products, as well as seeking to establish an investment fund that supports that intellectual product and represents an active element in investing all creative energies in the field of scientific research to make a qualitative leap in the sources of production and revenues.
Al Aqeel called for concerted efforts to transfer sober patents to be contained and supported instead of killing the desire within those energies, because scientific research products are not financially supported and that the outputs of scientific production are marginalized and do not serve the aspirations of young people and scientists in the service of all.
